You can permanently delete your nab.it account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes — in line with our Privacy Policy.
How to delete your account
- In the app (recommended): open nab.it, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. The deletion starts immediately.
- By email: if you can't sign in, write to info@nab.it.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify ownership before proceeding.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data, including:
- Your account and profile (email, display name).
- All product content: nabs, notes, sketches, attachments, tags, reminders, habits, daily notes, focus sessions, and projects/spaces.
- Uploaded files stored on your behalf (attachments and avatars).
- Connected-integration tokens (e.g. Google Calendar / Google Tasks / Todoist), which are removed and revoked.
- Activity and audit records associated with your account.
How long it takes
In-app deletions begin immediately and your data is removed from active systems right away. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup-rotation cycle.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, billing and tax records related to paid subscriptions (processed by Stripe) — for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted. These records are kept only as needed for legal and accounting obligations.
